Programs consist of 1-4 modules. Each module consists of 5 sessions of 60-minutes duration, delivered virtually or on site.
Our Head of Content and Learning is responsible for the creation and delivery of our programs to each of our valued clients and their teams.
TMSG’s core programs are accredited by the CPD Certification Service, which is recognised internationally. All participants who complete a program will receive accreditation in the form of a digital badge and printable Certificate.

While this is flexible, most clients opt for a weekly cadence (i.e., 1 x 60-minute session/week).
Our facilitator will coordinate the best times and days with you, to suit your workflow.
Participants will receive a resource booklet for each ‘chapter’ of every module of the program prior to start of the session.
Participants should read through the resource materials and answer select questions, which will allow each session to flow and progress effectively.
If informed in advance, the facilitator can record the session and forward the recording link to those who were unable to attend.
While outcomes vary for each program, some include:
